CANCELLATION POLICY - FOR COMPANIES

Your employees are signed up to group and/or private classes for the duration of a month at a time. A month is e.g., for a calendar month e.g., June, or if starting at another time e.g., the 12th of a month it’s until the 11th of the next month.


You will be charged for a full month of classes regardless of the student's absence, so some months a student may have 5 classes and other months maybe 3 classes due to the employee’s absence from classes, holidays etc.


If the students are offered less than 4 classes in a calendar month due to cancellations from the teacher, you will be compensated for the lost classes. 

If a student would like to stop having classes, there is a 2 month notice from the 1st of the coming month, so if a student e.g., wishes to stop having classes and informs us on the 20th of April, classes will stop from the 1st of July.
